Design & Assigned Certifier (BCAR)

We can undertake the role of the Design & Assigned Certifier, we compile and supply BCAR compliant construction drawings for your project, inspect the works and issue a Certificate of Compliance on Completion.

We ensure all aspects of the build are to a high standard and in accordance with current building regulations, we can liaise with Irish Water, ESB networks and County Councils for service connections.

Building Surveying

We provide building surveying services, carried out by a Registered Building Surveyor, these services include:​

Planning Packages 

We provide full architectural services from project inception by the design and development of concepts. As well as 3D renders and sun path analysis we supply a full suite of planning drawings and documentation for submission to the County Council. We can liaise with the County Council to arrange pre-planning meetings, we include flood mapping reports as well as a design report that outlines compliance with the County Development Plan.

We can also provide planning services for appeals, to County Councils or to An Bord Pleanala.

Civil Engineering

We provide a full suite of Civil Engineering Services. Ranging from:

Junction & Entrance Design and Swept Path Analysis for carparks etc.

Attenuation tanks, Soakaways, and all SUDs compliant drainage requirements​

Practical Cost Effective Designs

Our designs are unique and personalised to each client, we will advise on what type of house is suitable for each site. Since our backgrounds are technical, we can offer cost effective design solutions and design in specific features from the beginning of the project. Structural reviews prior to planning stage allows us to foresee any complicated construction details, which can be costly. We provide an all-inclusive service which means we see the project through from the initial design to completion, this in turn saves time and ensures a quality service.
