Campbell & Carolan are a Building Surveying and Civil Engineering firm with over 15 years' experience in the construction industry. We are a small professional team whose experience covers a vast range of consultancy services including Architectural Services, Planning and Surveying, as well as providing a full suite of Civil, Structural & Environmental Engineering solutions as well as Building Pathology services. A fully in-house service from planning through to tender and construction including inspections and certification.

We have experience in many areas of building design including one-off dwellings, duplexes, apartments, retail, commercial, agricultural and multi-unit housing developments.
We provide end to end services on all of these developments, including all concept design, 3d imaging, planning permission drawings & documents, construction drawings, Surveying, Civil & Structural Design & Detailing, Drainage design and roadway proposals.
We generate construction drawings that meet the building regulations, supply tender packages including breakdowns for mortgages, inspect all works to ensure they comply with Building Regulations and provide a Certificate of Compliance on Completion.
